BEACH VOLLEYBALL: CLUB NATIONAL
CHAMPIONSHIP TO START SATURDAY
 

The Beach Volleyball Club National Championship starts next Saturday at Árvore Beach, Vila do Conde, with the Bar Areal Stage, organized by the FPV, Vila do Conde City Hall and Bar Areal.

On May 11-12, GC Vilacondense, Vitória SC, Leixões SC, Famalicense AC, Esmoriz GC and CA Madalena will play the stage to rank for the Championship Final on June 8-9 at Matosinhos.

The women’s BV Club Championship, which will take place for the first time, will involve Leixões SC, GDC Gueifães and Castelo da Maia. [Calendar]

In 2012, AA Espinho won the BV Club National Championship title, after beating GC Vilacondense in the Final, held at Vila Nova de Milfontes by 2-0 (21/19 e 21/18). CV Oeiras was ranked 3rd, Famalicense AC 4th and SC Caldas 5th [Results & Gallery]
