Núria Silva and Bonémia Gomes Spanish team UCAM Vóley Murcia, lost in the tie-break (2-3: 22-25, 22-25, 26-24, 25-18 e 9-15) the Cup of Spain (Copa de la Reina) Semi-finals to Haro Rioja Voley, which would lift the trophy, after defeating (3-1) Nuchar Trannek Murillo in the Final.
The Portuguese players’ team had eliminated (3-1: 30-32, 25-20, 25-23 e 25-12) Valeriano Allés Menorca in the cup’s Quarter-finals.
Murcia, currently standing in 4th place in the Superliga Femenina with the same number of points as the 3rd (CV Barça), visits the defending champions Valeriano Allés Menorca (6th) on 16th February.

In Italy, BCC-NEP Castellana Grotte, of Flavio Gulinelli and the Ferreira brothers, scored its 4th consecutive victory, by downing Copra Elior Piacenza (3-1: 25-23, 25-23, 25-27 e 25-21), thus moving closer to the 8th place of Serie A1.
Alexandre Ferreira scored for 12 times (9 attacks, 2 blocks and 1 serve). On the next round (17th February) Castellana visits Itras Diatec Trentino (1st).

In France, Nuno Pinheiro’s Tours VB continues in the lead of Ligue Pro A, after beating Montpellier in straight sets (3-0: 25-19, 25-20 e 25-20).
The Portuguese setter scored for 6 times (4 blocks and 2 attacks).
Next weekend, the French champion visits Rennes Volley 35 (8th) and plays again with Montpellier for the Cup of France Semi-finals, on 19th February.
André Lopes’ Chaumont climbed to the 5th place of Pro A, after beating Toulouse in three sets (3-0: 29-27, 25-17 e 25-17). Next weekend, Chaumont visits Ajaccio (10th).
Also in France, Carlos Teixeira’s Stade Poitevin Volley Beach will begin the Playoffs on 16th February.
In the Nationale 1- 2nd Stage opening round, Poitiers visits CA Brive/Correze Volley.

In Germany, João José’s VFB Friedrichshafen kept the 3rd place in Bundesliga 1 despite losing to Generali Haching (0-3: 15-25, 24-26 e 18-25).
The Portuguese middle blocker scored once at the serve. On the 1st Stage second-last round, scheduled to 16th February, Friedrichshafen visits Evivo Duren (5th).
On its turn, Marcel Gil’s RWE Volleys Bottrop, leader of Bundesliga 2 – North visits TSGL Schoneiche (10th), in the upcoming weekend.
Tânia Duarte’s VG Wiwa Hamburg which stands 7th in Germany’s Regional North – Women, beat (3-0) TSB Flensburg (9th) and visits Kieler TV, also next weekend.

In Switzerland’s league, Rui Santos’ Chênois Volleyball Club holds the 4th place, despite being downed (2-3: 21-25, 25-23, 26-28, 30-28 e 10-15) by TV Schonenwerd (5th).
Chênois visits Volley Amriswil I on 13th February.

In Poland, Tiago Violas’ Jastrzebski Wegiel SA, which stands 3rd in the table, hosts AZS Czestochowa, in the league’s regular season last round.

In Norway, Stod Volley Steinkjer, coached by André Sá, which leads the Elite Division, three point clear of Oslo Volley, but two games ahead, hosts on the next round, scheduled for 2nd March, NTNUI Volley (7th and last place).
