The next National Championship I Division rounds which will be played in the upcoming weekend have much interest and could provoke some changes in the standings.

The main focus will be in the undefeated leader matches, as SL Benfica will play the third and second ranked teams respectively, SC Espinho (Saturday, 11h00 SportTV) and AJ Fonte Bastardo (Sunday, 16h00), and in the Azorean CD Ribeirense (2nd) as they host the I Division – Women leader, Leixões SC, set to tomorrow at 20h00 (Azores time).

In the Men’s competition, the round scheduled for Saturday should be balanced. Besides the match between SC Espinho and SL Benfica, a competitive match between Castelo da Maia GC and AJ Fonte Bastardo is set, as well as, the fixtures Vitória SC x AA Espinho, GC Vilacondense x Leixões SC, SC Caldas x CS Marítimo and Esmoriz GC x Clube K.

On Sunday the fixtures are as follows: SC Caldas x AA Espinho, Leixões SC x Castelo da Maia GC, SC Espinho x Esmoriz GC, Vitória SC x Clube K, SL Benfica x AJF Bastardo and GC Vilacondense x CS Marítimo. [Standing]

In the Women’s competition, in addition to the match CD Ribeirense x Leixões SC, the round is set to be played on Sunday with the following fixtures: GDC Gueifães x CF Belenenses/Blue, Castelo Maia GC x SC Braga, CS Madeira x CSD Câmara de Lobos and GC St.º Tirso x Lusófona VC. [Standing]
