WORLD LEAGUE 2013 PLAYOFFS
SET TO START NEXT FRIDAY

The 2013 World League qualification process, in which the Men’s Senior National Team is involved, starts next Friday in Rotterdam, where the Netherlands host the Dominican Republic, in a two match series.
The winner will face Portugal, in a date to be defined.

The Playoff qualification for the 2013 World League will be disputed by Japan and Portugal, ranked last in the edition of 2012, and the contenders Netherlands (European League winner), Dominican Republic (ranked best in the Pan American Cup not qualified for World League), Iran (Asian champion) and Egypt (designated by the African Confederation).

Egypt and Iran will play between 31 August and 2 September in a two match series in Cairo, the egyptian capital.
The winner of this playoff will compete for the access to the 2013 World League with Japan.
